Cole Road Bridge

This two lane single arch stone bridge crosses the river down stream from Cole Manor. It was originally constructed in 1784 by the county and was widened in 1824. It has since been altered several times.

Pitcombe Bridge

One lane single arch stone bridge constructed in 1764 by the Bruton Turnpike Trust for the Old London Road, now just a track. A date stone with the BT carved initials exists on the upstream face. It would appear this was the first constructed bridge to cross the river at this point.
